Did you ever come to any possible conclusion as to why your life was spared out of many, regardless of being threatened to be killed and eyeing death in the face many times? Do you think something like this is still capable of happening in the modern world, given that international pressure has more experience and force?

In "Disappearances", when it comes to a situation where people are disappearing and being killed, the UN says they want nothing to do with it. Is that because there is no hint of beneficial elements in that situation? In other words, for the UN to take action is it only because there is something they can gain from the matter? What is your opinion on this?
