How do you feel the US should handle their current foreign relations based on which countries have nuclear warfare potential?
I read that you pioneered the idea of "Rally 'Round the Flag Syndrome." Some arguments against it say that because wars increase the popularity of a president, a president will be "more willing to use military force if his approval rating is dropping." Do you think that argument is valid? Have there been examples?
