• You state that had the actions of leading politicians and police forces behaved more sensibly, the conflicts between Yugoslavia could have been avoided. You also state how better organized force could have apprehended these criminal gangs with better ease. How then, could a more sensible establishment of politicians and police be set? Was there no prior organization before the conflicts where the police could have assembled from the beginning? Or was it all corrupt to begin with?
• Also, what role did International nations have in this "Ethnic War" including the role America might have played dealing with the chaos within these nations? Or if there was aid did it cause more harm or was it effective in any way?
